If you believe that your account has been accessed by someone without your authorisation, you must contact 3 Card One support immediately so that the account can be secured. We will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

All information you provide at registration — and any updates you make to your account details thereafter — must be accurate and complete. 3 Card One may request supporting documents to verify the details you have provided. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance or bonuses held.

You are permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are identified — regardless of whether different names or payment methods were used — 3 Card One reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and, where evidence of deliberate abuse exists, to withhold any balances associated with those accounts pending investigation.

3 Card One reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if there is a reasonable basis to believe that the terms of use have been violated. Where a closure is the result of a verified breach, any bonus balances at the time of closure may be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited in good faith will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Deposits and Payments

3 Card One operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All account balances, deposits, bets and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved in normal use of the platform.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet and over-the-counter deposits
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet and agent deposits
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via the national payment system

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit. 3 Card One reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Only funds that you own and are entitled to use should be deposited. Deposits made from payment methods that are not registered in your own name may be declined or flagged for review.

Deposits are made for the purpose of gaming on the 3 Card One platform. Depositing funds for any other purpose, or making deposits and immediately requesting withdrawals without any gaming activity, is not permitted and may result in a review of your account.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification typically requires proof of identity and may require proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method on your account. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 3 Card One covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, football, esports and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation on screen. Do not assume a bet has been placed based on the entry alone.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Live in-play odds may be suspended or changed rapidly — this is normal during live events.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in cases where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where there has been an obvious pricing error. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.

8. Slots and Casino Games

Slots, live casino and other casino-style games on 3 Card One are provided by third-party game software providers. The rules of each game are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are available within the game interface itself.

• RNG and Fairness: All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 3 Card One.

10. Responsible Gaming
